QA ANALYST – Perform quality assurance testing to ensure software product meets specified quality standards using test management tools, methodologies and techniques. Develop and execute test strategies, test cases, test plans, and test scripts to facilitate testing process. Perform manual, functional, regression, integration, UAT testing. Analyze requirements to create test conditions. Validate and test end-to-end workflow. Resolve testing issues, generate test status reports and defect tracking reports, participate in test case review meetings, communicate with clients, provide production support, etc.
***REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, any Engineering or related fields and 5 years experience in software QA analysis or QA testing with hands-on experience in 4-5 of the following skills: QC, ALM, QTP, JIRA, TFS, LoadRunner, UML, Oracle, SQL required. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated locations in U.S. required.

Employee Referral Program
Urooj LLC uses an active Employee Referral Bonus Program to provide an incentive awards to current employees in full-time positions who bring new talent to our organization by referring applicants who are subsequently selected and successfully employed in various positions advertised on this website.
Any full or part-time position that has been posted on Urooj LLC website is bonus eligible for $1,000 based upon the position hired.
All current employees on Urooj payroll are eligible to receive a referral bonus with the exception of Urooj’s executive staff, selecting manager/supervisor or other persons associated with the selection of the candidate, or employees in the Human Resources Department.
Only candidates referred from external sources qualify for the bonus. Anyone who has worked for Urooj within the last 12 months does not qualify as bonus eligible candidates. This includes regular, student, as well as employees working at Urooj through a temporary agency or as an independent consultant.
Payments cannot be made until the referred candidate has been employed for a minimum 90 business days.
Both you and the new employee must be employed by Urooj at the time of the bonus payment.
